Adults

There are many further opportunities to share, care and be encouraged as we seek to grow in our Christian walk and develop as the Body of Christ in the Beecroft environs.

Bible Study groups meet regularly to study God’s Word, to discuss its application to life in the 21st century, and to pray and support each other. They are an essential and wonderful way to further develop our faith and form strong, caring relationships. They meet at different times during the day and evening, on different days of the week and with various frequencies. There are groups for adults of all stages of life.

Men’s activities help establish friendship and fellowship among men, to develop a sense of community, and to share the joys and challenges of lives as working men, husbands, fathers and members of the church. Activities include dinners, working bees, sporting events, Fathers’ Day Breakfast, and the Men’s Christian Convention at Katoomba in February each year.

Women’s activities involve a range of gatherings to give women of all ages the opportunity to enjoy each other’s company and to talk about their faith and share the practicalities of living as a Christian woman. Activities include coffee evenings, involvement in The World Day of Prayer, attending the Equip Conference and the Women’s Christian Convention at Katoomba in September, and organising the Christmas Craft and Fair Trade Markets.
